Shawn Brown
President

Shawn Brown is a passionate entrepreneur and currently serves as the President & COO of Snap Tech IT, a full-service Managed Services Provider (MSP) that specializes in IT Security and focuses on providing solutions to the Small & Medium Business (SMB) Market.
For over 21 years, Shawn has been providing technology and business consulting services from the SMB to the Fortune 500 and helping these organization increase efficiencies, reduce risk and improve their IT Security and management.

As the Threat Landscape has changed in the recent years, Shawn has helped Snap Tech IT improve their internal security policies and procedures and is the Security Officer that oversees the company’s SOC 2 Audit. Shawn has also helped Snap Tech IT develop security best practices and solutions that the organization uses to help protect its customers from cybercriminals.

As the President & COO of Snap Tech IT, he helps set the strategic vision for the organization and ensures that each day the company is working to achieve that vision. Several years ago, Snap Tech IT implemented the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS), and part of Shawn’s responsibilities include managing the implementation throughout our entire company.

Ralph is dedicated to many things; Cyber/Data/Network Liability Insurance is one of them. For the past 10 years Ralph has been hosting, moderating, and speaking at dozens of conferences on Cyber Liability & Data Breach Risk Management.

Ralph is the committee Chairman for the Tech400’s annual Cyber Symposium, an advisor to the Georgia Tech Research Institute, and also a Board Member of various organizations including the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Tech400, M.A.R.R. and several special interest groups. SWIA is also a member of Globix International, providing clients with International Liability Coverage and representation.

Nick has a long background as a technology entrepreneur and tax and finance professional, working at firms such as Arthur Andersen, E&Y, Microsoft and as a founding member of MSX Group, a software company and Microsoft Partner before teaming up with long-time friend Peter Zirnheld to found SeeSaw Partners.

Having come from a large family in a small town, Nick enjoys working and interacting with people from all walks of life and utilizing technology to improve efficiency. Having experienced firsthand the increasing challenges families face as their parents and loved ones grow old, Nick looked for ways to apply his background toward reducing these challenges. SeeSaw's focus is to utilize technology to improve the lives and health of the elderly and their caregivers, thereby reducing stress, emergency events and providing peace of mind.
