Our Guest Speaker will be Officer Chad West Community Outreach Officer Milton Police Department
Officer Chad West, a native Alabamian, started his Law Enforcement Career in 2012 after graduating from the University of Alabama. His first two years on the job were with the Madison Police Department in Madison, Al, he then moved to Georgia and began working with the Milton Police Department in 2014 and has been there ever since. During his time as an officer he has spent time as a patrol officer, narcotics investigator, and his current role of Community Outreach Officer. In this role he is a self-defense instructor, defensive driving instructor, hosts multiple classes open to the community throughout the year and oversees the Police Explorer program. He is also a state certified instructor who is able to train other officers.
